If you have already been certified by the International Association of Applied Control Theory you must also complete an intensive two-day BE-Print for Instructors seminar. Participants can also achieve certification through other leadership training programs, life skills courses, and participation in a variety of other training programs. Though the curriculum of these courses may vary, they must meet the high standards and criteria set
forth by the IAACT and BE-Print organizations as a whole.

Seminar Course
Descriptions
BE-Print I
- (ACT I) - An Intensive Seminar in Applied Control Theory
BE-Print I is a three-day seminar intended for those with little or no
exposure to the BE-Print System or Perceptual Control Theory (PCT). The
emphasis in this seminar is on the individual. Development of the first
two components of the BE-Print and learning the basics of PCT and the
core principles of its applications form the basis for this seminar.
Intimate small-group work provides participants with an opportunity to
integrate concepts by practicing their newly acquired skills personally
and professionally. Other seminar activities include self-discovery
exercises, discussions, problem-solving, viewing videos, reading,
lecturing, and planning for implementation of the ideas and techniques
studied. To allow for skill acquisition, BE-Print I is limited to 15
participants per instructor. This seminar meets the requirements for
Applied Control Theory I (ACT I) as set forth by the International
Association of Applied Control Theory.
BE-Print Coaching I
- (ACT I Coaching)
**Prerequisite: BE-Print I
The goal of the introductory coaching experience is to assist
participants in becoming familiar with the use of the basic concepts of
living their individual BE-Print and applying Perceptual Control Theory
(PCT) through practice and journaling.

Fifteen hours of coaching with an approved BE-Print for Living Coach.

Setting : small-group, one-to-one, online or via telephone

Verification of the BE-Print Coaching II must accompany registration for BE-Print III Accreditation.

BE-Print II

(ACT II)
**Prerequisite: Intro to BE-Print & BE-Print Practicum/Coaching
BE-Print II is a three-day seminar designed to further develop, refine
and complete an individual’s BE-Print. Participants will explore the
complexity of Perceptual Control Theory (PCT) and learn additional
applications in both familiar and unfamiliar contexts in order to
generalize PCT applications. Developing habits, rituals and routines for
living the BE-Print are an integral part of this seminar. Seminar
activities include self-discovery exercises, discussions,
problem-solving, viewing videos, reading, lecturing, and planning for
implementation of the ideas and techniques studied. Each BE-Print II is
limited to 15 participants per instructor to provide individual
consultation. This seminar meets the requirements for Applied Control
Theory II (ACT II) as set forth by the International Association of
Applied Control Theory.
BE-Print Coaching
II
- (ACT II Coaching)
**Prerequisite: BE-Print II
The goal of advanced coaching is to assist participants in living the
BE-Print and becoming skilled in implementing concepts based on
Perceptual Control Theory (PCT) through practice. Participants will
concentrate on case-study scenarios and focus on learning ways to
provide feedback in accordance with the principles of Perceptual Control
Theory (PCT). Participants will develop the ability to deliver a short
presentation that demonstrates the integration of PCT in a familiar
context.

BE-Print III
Accreditation
- (ACT III Accreditation)
**Prerequisite: BE-Print II & BE-Print II Coaching
BE-Print III Accreditation is a four-day celebration and learning
experiences designed to complete the certification process. During the
seminar, practice and demonstration of facilitating self-evaluation in a
safe learning environment will enhance participants skills in
application of concepts they have learned. The highlight of BE-Print III
is the sharing of individuals life changing experiences through short
presentations on a concept of Perceptual Control Theory (PCT), as it
applies to the BE-Print System. BE-Print Accreditation aligns with the
Certification offered through The International Association of Applied
Control Theory (IAACT grants certification to those who have proven
competence in understanding and applying PCT). When you complete the
BE-Print for Living Accreditation, dual certification will be awarded.
BE-Print
Instructors Course
If you have already received accreditation and certification through
IAACT and want to become a BE-Print for Living Instructor, you must
complete this two-day seminar. The focus of this learning experience
will be an understanding and development of an individual BE-Print. In
addition, participant will strengthen understanding of Perceptual
Control Theory (PCT), as it applies specifically to the BE-Print System
and product line. Participants will teach one component of a specific
BE-Print for a familiar audience as part of the course.
