About Glenn
:

Glenn started his career in 1973, when he founded and directed the first community based group home for youth ever established in West Virginia. This treatment center for adolescents used a little known model of management at that time called Reality Therapy. After conducting his graduate studies in Adolescent Development at Cornell University in 1980, Glenn studied with Institute for Reality Therapy under William Glasser MD and in 1987 became a Faculty Member.
Since that time, Glenn, with the use of Reality Therapy and it’s
theoretical base, Perceptual Control Theory, has helped other
organizations to develop programs that promote responsible decision
making. Through the 1990’s Glenn continued his career in North Carolina
where he has consulted with hundreds of schools and organizations in the
application of Perceptual Control Theory. In 1997, Glenn helped organize
and develop The International Association of Applied Control Theory (IAACT)
in which he also serves as Senior Faculty Member.
Glenn is a gifted counselor, life coach and strategist. He is a skilled
mediator, trainer, and consultant who has provided coaching to
counselors, educators, businesses and organizations throughout the
United States, Canada, Australia, China and Mexico. He is the founder of
Life Connections, a BE-Print provider, private counseling and
professional coaching organization near Charlotte, NC. He presently
coordinates and teaches BE-Print curriculum to inmates under the
Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Department. Glenn has been a foster parent
for special needs' children and has co-authored the books "Quality Times

Relationships
I believe
that relationships are life’s grandest opportunity to discover who you
really are. When I am with another person I can self-evaluate who I am
and who I am not. Relationships also give me the opportunity to learn
and to grow, to challenge my beliefs, my view of myself and my view of
the world. I believe that I am okay alone but I am better with others.
